If you or your little nestling are not completely delighted with your purchase, we offer a dedicated 14-day return window. You have exactly 14 days from the official delivery date recorded by the courier tracking system to request a formal return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & CONDITIONS
To live up to our high hygiene and quality standards for newborn wear, all items returned to our facility must meet the following strict criteria:
• PRISTINE CONDITION: Garments must be returned in their absolute original, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered state, completely free of foreign odors, stains, or pet hair.
• ORIGINAL PACKAGING: All original Nesta Baby custom tags, labels, and protective clear packaging must remain securely attached to the product.
• NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: For strict health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate items, swimwear, or final clearance sale items unless they arrived physically damaged directly from our studio.

THE RETURN PROCESS & SHIPPING FEES
• RETURN SHIPPING LIABILITY: Unless an item unfortunately arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, the customer/buyer is exclusively responsible for organizing and paying all trackable return shipping fees back to our central warehouse.
• CENTRAL RETURN FACILITY: All approved returns must be shipped to our central facility located in Poland (EU). Please note that our facility is a private fulfillment studio and cannot accept unannounced drop-offs or packages sent without a prior Return Authorization Email from our team.
• TRACKING REQUIRED: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Nesta Baby cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package, and we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit by your courier.

REFUND PROCESSING & BANK TIMELINES
• QUALITY INSPECTION: Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse in Poland, please allow 2 to 5 business days for our artisan team to physically inspect the garments and verify their condition.
• APPROVED REFUNDS: If your return passes inspection, a full refund for the product retail price will be processed automatically and applied directly to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Stripe).
• BANK TIMELINES: Please note that while we issue refunds instantly from our system, your financial institution may take 5 to 10 additional business days to officially post the credit to your account balance.
• NON-REFUNDABLE FEES: Please be advised that any initial customs duties, import tariffs, or local VAT paid by the customer to their border authorities are completely non-refundable through Nesta Baby.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & TAX REFUSAL CLAUSE
• CANCELLATION WINDOW: Because our warehouse team works efficiently to dispatch your orders, cancellations can only be processed within 12 hours of order placement. Once a package has been processed or dispatched from our facility in Poland, the order cannot be canceled, and it must be handled via our standard return process.
• CUSTOMS & TAX REFUSAL: In strict alignment with our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service, if a delivery fails or is abandoned at the border because the buyer refuses to settle their local government import duties and VAT, Nesta Baby strictly reserves the right to deny any financial refunds or order replacements.
